Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Aircraft Maintenance Technician role at MGTL Aviation Services in Fort Worth, TX. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following;   

  • Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft, including but not limited to airframes, engines, and avionics systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on aircraft systems and components to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logbooks, work orders, and parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure aircraft readiness and minimize downtime.
  • Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements, including FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety within the maintenance department.
  • Adhere to established maintenance schedules and deadlines to support operational needs.

Job Requirements:
  • Desired 3 to 5 years of experience on corporate aircraft.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
  • Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Aircraft Systems knowledge
  • Troubleshooting abilities
