AW-139 A&P Mechanic

Job Description

As an A&P Mechanic, you will provide full on-site maintenance flight and functional check flight operations to support the USAF Rotary Wing Initial Entry Pilot Training on the MH-139/AW-139. You will be responsible for delivering aviation maintenance and repair services, offering operational support, and testing aircraft, aviation systems, and associated support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide aviation maintenance and repair services.
• Offer operational support including the testing of aircraft and aviation systems.
• Interpret technical data, publications, and directives.
• Complete all launch and recovery of aircraft flights and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
• Isolate and troubleshoot faults in aircraft and systems.
• Manage all documentation including internal contractor pilot and non-rated crew member flight records, HAZMAT, safety, and scheduling.

• FAA A&P license
• 8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or 6 or more years of verifiable rotary-winged aircraft maintenance
• 2 years of experience in Agusta Westland aircraft (AW-139)

Work Environment

You will be working on-site, providing hands-on maintenance and operational support for aircraft.
