Job Title: A&P MechanicJob Description
- An organization with locations domestically is currently seeking a qualified aircraft mechanic for the Van Nuys, CA location.
- The aircraft mechanic will perform a variety of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate business jets, primarily Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Falcon aircrafts.
- Responsibilities include performing general to complex maintenance tasks on assigned aircraft and related systems, performing aircraft mechanic duties that require a strong level of repair knowledge and troubleshooting, examining, disassembling, and inspecting engines, parts, or other components for wear, warping, breaks, leaks, or other non-conformities or deficiencies, and reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
