Boeing Fabrication South Carolina is seeking a Tool Coordinator (Level 2) to join our Fulfillment Team located in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Our Orangeburg plant manufactures floor grids for the 787 Dreamliner as well as metallic engine lip skins for the 777X and 737 MAX.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports manufacturing requirements for non-production materials, tool and shop supplies
Assists with analysis and research of new technology
Assists with investigating changes in manufacturing requirements and supporting emergent requests
Supports the evaluation of outside supplier performance and verification of compliance with procedures and contract specifications
Performs inventory and coordinates redistribution of materials
Works under general supervision
Possesses a safety mindset
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Orangeburg, SC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to walk, stand, climb, and descend stairs; bend and lift items; package materials and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift
Willingness to work any shift based on business needs & occasional overtime as needed (including weekends)
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Experience using CribMaster (or equivalent system)
Basic tool knowledge; experience using hand tools
Experience in tool or inventory management in a production environment
Experience collaborating with various cross-functional teams
Experience working with ERPLN (or similar ERP/Inventory Management systems)
Shift:
This position is 1st shift. However, willingness to work a variable shift based on business needs is required.
