* Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and typically 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s degree + 1 year of related work experience, 7 years of related work experience, etc.).
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience working with cross-functional teams.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint.

* Experience in supplier management best practices.
* Experience in understanding supply chain constraints. Job Duties & Functions
* Validate shop and supplier schedules and ensure performance aligns with the plan.
* Maintain accurate data in systems reflecting the current status.
* Develop solutions to complex supply chain problems aligned with organizational objectives.
* Perform root cause analysis and end-of-month escape analysis.
* Serve as the primary focal and spokesperson for assigned orders and delivery requirements.
* Brief leadership on performance and delivery status of transactional spares.
* Identify and resolve supply chain constraints, discrepancies, and risks.
* Monitor performance metrics, perform trend analysis, and implement mitigation actions.
* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to support financial performance and on-time delivery.
* Utilize systems and tools, including PC Queries, GOLD, and Microsoft Excel.
