Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Focal point for Business Center’s delivery assurance responsibilities throughout the value stream
• Interact with management, purchasing, supply chain & value stream, and the customer to ensure finished product deliveries meet customer requirements
• Create, Review / Approve annual spares / engine output and overdue burndown plans with key actions to drive operations team to success. Include full MRP recovery plans for top drivers.
• Operational execution, support / support production meetings
• Lead Build Plan, Daily Production / Constraint Meetings
• Support three month build plan process. Lead collaboration between all key
• stakeholders including Materials, Operations, Quality, Engineering, etc.
• Track daily performance to plan and escalate risk and support creation of mitigation strategies
• Release of production orders to shop floor
• Delivery execution/error audits
• Attend necessary tier meetings
• Temporary vendors assist if needed
• Assist Shop Floor Control when needed
• Transfer of assets within Pratt & Whitney

Qualifications You Must Have:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of prior production/manufacturing materials, or an advanced degree in a related field and 3+ years’ experience
• US citizenship required due to government contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proficiency in the Materials discipline
• Experience utilizing SAP operating system
• Computer skills- Proficient Microsoft Office
• Creative troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exhibit a proficiency in business decision making, customer relationship maintenance, and adaptability
• Possess excellent leadership, judgment, and professional maturity and must be team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles, Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE)

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
