To work close with Internal Customer, belong to Logistic Dept. in order to manage and ensure a Market Place. Be the focal logistic point for MRO.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a Market place level, inform his manager, set up visual improvement.
- Insure a clear and safety place for each item,
- Perform Inventory, daily and/or weekly and monthly and weekly report to supervisor
- Serve the needs following internal customer spare request in the local ERP
Inbound and outbound all the goods (Market Place vision), confirm the receipt, inform Main Warehouse for the goods ready to ship.
- Perform visual inspection of each package received or sent (packaging and part when possible)
- Daily feedback his manager about the situation, consumption and replenishment needed.
- Ensure Core Unit flow performance, tracking and monitoring weekly.
- Perform the requisitions in ERP for replenishment, and other if necessary.
- Ensure and respect the Logistic SOP according to his function.
- Respect the AH requirements for warehouse and logistic.

Knowledge on Google Workspace
Ability to work in independence
Ability to work with a Customer
English & Chinese skill
Systems thinker with good interpersonal skills X
Excellent team player with good interpersonal communication skills to
function effectively in a fast-paced environment

Lean approach
University graduate in Engineer or equivalent
Negotiation Skill
