What are your contributions to the team?
- Execute urgent spare parts procurement via phone, email, and online portals, ensuring rapid response and delivery tracking.
- Prioritize and manage critical parts shortages to support immediate aircraft return to service during AOG events.
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with external and internal customers during AOG situations, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
- Coordinate internal and external supply flows to meet service level agreements based on order priority.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or delays in material flows by proposing solutions and ensuring supplier accountability for meeting urgent commitments.
- Analyze complex situations under pressure and make structured and effective decisions to minimize aircraft downtime.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role involving time-sensitive operations (AOG experience preferred).
- You hold strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
- You are proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is an asset.
- You hold ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts (day/night and weekends) when required to support urgent AOG events.
- You can demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
