We are seeking a highly motivated Materials Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City. The successful candidate will manage and track parts to ensure that the production schedule is met while assisting in the reconciliation and expediting of materials for the Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage part shortages, support repair processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Must be willing to work 1st (0700-1600) or 2nd (1500-2400) shift and weekends, on a rotational basis. Or overtime hours of 0445-0700 or 1500-2400 weekdays and weekends on a rotational basis.

Must be willing to rotate between the HMC and Warehouse facility to support materials functions as needed. Minimal travel may be required. This is an Entry Level Position. Commitment to the EH&S program by complying with all safety policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and track parts inventory across multiple production modules, ensuring timely identification of part shortages and reconciliation using SAP.
  • Expedite materials for HMC operations, coordinating part routing to vendors or internal teams, and supporting parts swaps for repairs.
  • Oversee inventory management, including crates, test cell inventory, and forward supply restocking, ensuring accurate forecasting and CANNS/SWAP processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including LPM, Fleet Managers, and supply chain, to support material review meetings, process improvements, and CORE objectives.
  • Maintain and report data using SAP and QLIK tools, providing updates on inventory status, production timelines, and kitting schedules.

Qualifications You Must Have:                                               

  • Bachelors degree with 2+ years of direct/relevant experience in material scheduling, inventory management, or supply chain in an aerospace MRO environment; or an advanced degree.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel for part tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

         

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • 6+ years of direct aerospace experience/prior experience in the aviation industry.
  • Degree in logistics or supply chain focus.
  • Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies such as CORE, Six Sigma, or Lean (CORE Associate preferred).

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
