We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Buyer of Aircraft Materials.
In this role, you will support the purchasing process to ensure timely delivery of aircraft materials and maintain smooth communication between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Tasks- Assist with purchasing activities to secure materials at the best possible conditions (prices, lead times)
- Perform active sourcing and placing purchase orders for aircraft materials
- Track, monitor and handle clarifications of created purchase orders
- Communication on daily basis with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare supplier master data records and upload pricing information in SAP

Requirements- University degree (or last year student) in economics, supply chain and business logistics, business administration
- No prior experience required – recent graduates are welcome!
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills.
