Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with experience in Catia V5 and the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 5 Axis hard metal programming and capable of interpreting aircraft blueprints. Experience in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is essential.
Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using Catia V5.
- Develop and simulate CNC programs for 5 Axis hard metal parts.
- Interpret and work from aircraft blueprints.
- Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing techniques.
- Create models from engineering blueprints using Catia.
- Program and operate 3 Axis CNC, 5 Axis CNC, MasterCAM, Esprit CAM, and NX CAM systems.
- Perform CMM programming.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in Catia V5.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of simulation software.
- Experience with 5 Axis hard metal programming.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft blueprints.
- Skill in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Multi Axis CNC programming.
- Knowledge of CNC lathe, machining, and milling.
- Proficiency in MasterCAM, Esprit CAM, and NX CAM systems.
