Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution.
• Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement.
• Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.
• Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department.
• Involved in cross-functional alongside EHS & QA departments in continuous improvement projects.
• Support the department in day-to-day task or as required.

Requirement:

• Diploma /Nitec Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical or related engineering fields.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.
• Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.

Learning Outcome:

• Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry/Component Repair.
• Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).   
• Exposure to Engineering and new product/tools development projects.
