Job Description:

Purpose of Position
The Cabin Interiors Specialist will support projects, programs, activities, and other duties as assigned for cabin configuration and interior development of a timeless and refined environment on in-service and future aircraft. This role will provide support to the Director, Cabin Configuration, and act as an onsite liaison with key stakeholders and within the greater Global 5 Senses team.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management, storage, and maintenance of sample materials, documentation, and internal communications, such as approvals, engineering orders, and drawings respective to aircraft cabin configurations and interiors initiatives.
  • Support the Director, Cabin Configuration and Development to prepare the relevant presentations and reference materials to ensure effective communications.
  • Support with aircraft renderings development.
  • Assist in compiling feedback regarding aircraft cabin appearance and interiors from various internal departments and NetJets Owners.
  • Partner with NetJets internal departments and key stakeholders globally to ensure synergies and project execution.
  • Support the Global 5 Senses team with the overall project management within the cabin configuration and interiors-associated initiatives.
  • Track and follow current and upcoming industry trends of the various materials within the cabin space offering, including sustainable opportunities.
  • Prepare and coordinate supplier visits, including scheduling, management, and organization of materials.
  • Manage the administrative tasks associated with cabin configurations and interior strategic theme initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective channels of communication both internally and externally to accurately track projects, initiatives, and deadlines.

  • Previous experience working in other luxury hospitality environment is preferred

  • Experience in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Base Camp or other.
