ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
The Procurement Graduate will support the Procurement function with all aspect of Procurement engagements and activities within the region.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct cost analysis and maintain vendor quotations.
- Provide sourcing support and manage requests for quotations across EURO sites:
- Assist SITA internal & external stakeholders with quotation requests.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotations.
- Support and redirect invoice-related queries.
- Assist with the supplier onboarding process.
- Purchasing contracts:
- Upload and maintain supplier contracts within the purchasing contracts database.
- Promote and support compliance in line with SITA procurement policies and processes.
- Assist with the rollout and adoption of new procurement digital systems.
- Provide operational support for regional planning activities
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Graduate in the field of Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Logistics, IT or Engineering
- Keen interest in the field of Procurement and Supply Chain
- Exposure to procurement processes, systems and tools
- Good understanding and application of Microsoft Office suites, with focus on MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Critical thinker and problem-solver with good communication skills
