Job Duties

Financial Technical Processes:

• Organize and lead on the reporting of reliable data for management cycles (budgeting, forecasting, MTP, accounting period end dates, etc.)
• Prepare financial statements compliant with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and the Group Management Core Model
• Ensure compliance with internal controls to protect Group assets
• Prepare and implement financial performance improvement KPIs
• Build and maintain good working relationships with Statutory Auditors.

Business partnership :

• Provide the necessary level of financial support to operations managers within the scope of your responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze any off-target variances, and implement corrective measures in the form of action plans shared with operations staff
• Support business development on the basis of the CAR system (BP - Business Plan)
• Act as a business partner for a site/activity manager

Management:

• Provide leadership for management controllers

Environmental complexity:

• Work with a single larger site or several smaller sites
• Work on low-complexity activities and/or organizations

Other:

• Contribute to regional and/or Group-level cross-functional financial or special assignments

The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.

Profile and other information related to the position

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing role preferred;
• With 2-3 years’ further education in design and/or mechanical manufacturing.
• CAP / BEP / Bac Pro in CNC machine operation.
• Advanced experience with MS Office products
• Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently required in order to perform the job
