Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an ERP Financial Specialist (Senior or Subject Matter Expert) to support our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO

In this role, you will be supporting a development team to primarily support an ERP system integration (CIMCOM/Unit 4).

Position Responsibilities:

  • User Support in troubleshooting both ERP and business process issues.
  • Analyzes user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements and advise and instruct other staff responsible for development.
  • Improves process flow and user documentation for different ERP related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs: i.e., special projects, Enhancements etc.
  • Tracks and controls assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Translates the functional and non-functional business requirements into a technical solutions design.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5&43; years of experience in Financial Data Analysis
  • 3&43; years of experience in finance or ERP system implementations
  • 3&43; years of experience with relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10&43; years of related education and experience
  • 3&43; years of experience with designing, building and deploying custom data reports with SSRS, Crystal Report, Tableau, or similar report development experience

Typical Education / Experience:

Senior: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD&43;4 years related work experience, Master&43;7 years related work experience, 13 years related work experience, etc.).

Subject Matter Expert: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD&43;9 years related work experience, Master&43;12 years related work experience, 18 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 10 of the time.

Summary Pay Range:

Senior (Level 4): USD $110,500 - $149,500

Subject Matter Expert (Level 5): USD $129,200 - $174,800
