Job Title: Tool Designer
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (6 months)
Location: Windsor Locks, CT 06096
Schedule: Monday to Friday, First Shift
Pay Rate: $30 to $36.50 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Design tooling for SLS hardware, ensuring adherence to established design processes.
Collaborate with Manufacturing or Test Engineers to create effective tool designs.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and quality requirements.
Review drawings and concepts to address producibility concerns.
Thrive in an integrated product development and design environment.
Communicate effectively with staff, IPD teams, and management.

Desired Experience:

Developing tooling for complex mechanical systems and components, including heat exchangers, pumps, fans, and accumulators.
Possessing a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.50 per hour
