Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Controls in Grand Prairie, Texas is seeking a Test Engineer supporting Production Test Engineering activities for multiple lines of Precision Fires Missiles and Rockets.
This position requires integration, testing and fielding of software/hardware for a test set supporting production of various missiles and rockets. Candidate must understand basic electronics and associated testing methods. Requires knowledge of industry wide tests and testing equipment. Candidate should be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. Candidate must be self-starter and must be able to complete tasks per established schedule . Basic skills in C Programming, NI LabVIEW/NI TestStand are highly desired. This position is expected to work under peer/senior Engineer.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
-Experience with: Oscilloscopes, DMM, Power Supplies, Switching Relays, Communication protocols
-MS PowerPoint, Word, & Excel
-Strong interpersonal communications skills (verbal, presentation, and written).
-Strong problem-solving skills, inquisitive mindset
-Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
