Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a broadly skilled Systems Requirements and Analysis Engineer with a desire to support exciting development activities that provide F-22 Ground Systems Maintenance Information System capabilities to the DoD.
What You Will Be Doing
The position will include performing such tasks as subsystem level requirements decomposition and traceability, technical trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, and any studies or analyses required to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. The candidate will also be involved with facilitating and conducting internal and external briefings and reviews and managing program action items and customer interface requirements. This job will require working seamlessly with other Integrated Product Teams, Chief Engineer, program management, customers, subcontractors, and procurement. This position will require the candidate to grow with the program extending into the integration, testing and verification of components subsystems and the system.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
US Citizen
Software Project Management experience
Desired Skills:
Experience with F-22/F-35/F-16 or similar fighter aircraft ground systems usage and requirements
Familiarity with Agile methodology and Agile based tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc)
Demonstrated experience with requirements definition of achievable design characteristics for an objective system, or system of systems.
Demonstrated experience with creating/maintaining Systems Engineering artifacts such as architecture diagrams, ICDs, design documents, systems flows
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
