This role will be supporting engineering development, failure analysis, integration and test efforts on complex electronic designs. The successful candidate must possess strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the hardware organization and with other engineering disciplines/functions.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Pursuing or intent to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field including (but not limited to):

Systems Engineering
Software – Computer Science
Computer Engineering
Hardware – Mechanical, Electrical
Industrial Engineering
Engineering Management
Mathematics
Physics
Material Science/Engineering

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and work cooperatively with peers to solve problems
• Motivated self-starter and collaborative problem solver

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Participant in prior STEM, WiT or similar technology Programs

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $35792 - $49809

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
