BAE Systems’ RF Capability Group is seeking a strong Senior RF/Microwave Engineer with experience designing Microwave hardware modules to work in our Nashua, NH location. This position requires knowledge and experience designing wideband microwave modules, including receiver front ends, tuners, up/down converters, and/or switch matrices. Candidates are expected to support all phases of development from early-stage architecture reviews through production.

The primary focus of this role will be to participate in technical teams involved with the design, verification, test, and manufacture of RF Modules at BAE Systems.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

US citizen with the ability to obtain Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific field and 4+ years related experience
2+ years relevant design experience with specialization in RF, microwave, or millimeter-wave engineering
Fluent with Keysight ADS (preferred) or equivalent software
Strong communication and writing skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience designing tuner modules and/or frequency converters; mixers, phase lock loops
Familiarity with one or more of the following: Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Microwave Office
Master’s degree in engineering or scientific field preferred, but not required.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
