Boeing Global Services is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to become part of the Business Consulting Optimized Maintenance Programs (OMP) team in Seattle, Washington. The OMP team offers customer unique optimized maintenance solutions providing great value to global commercial and military Customers. The team leads a challenging revenue growth path; with focus on increased sales and business execution.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead development and project execution of Optimized Maintenance program revenue contracts by providing technical, business and integration leadership. Includes global commercial and military aircraft operators. Utilize Boeing Program Management Best Practices. Interface with senior management and Customers.
- Develop statement of work, metrics, schedules and budget for Optimized Maintenance Programs. Work with Business Operations / Finance to maintain execution of contracted revenue within Long Range Business Plan including revenue targets and operating margin targets
- Work closely with airline customers to ensure high level support on execution of contracts. Lead multifunctional teams comprised of engineering, IT, customers and suppliers in execution of contracts and business plan.
- Direct proposal development of revenue contracts and provide sales support to Boeing Sales Directors. Work with Sales & Marketing on developing Sales prospects, and with Customers to develop value-based OMP offerings. Develop work estimates, pricing models, and contracts proposals, supporting Sales, Contracts, and Business Operations
- Develop cost, pricing, and value models supporting business growth targets. Investigate and develop new spanets and customer base. Includes non-Boeing aircraft models and new maintenance service offerings.
- Maintain technical currency with Boeing Fleet Scheduled Maintenance Programs and maintenance industry policy groups. Maintain technical currency with Boeing Design and Certification programs, ensuring Safety of OMP products and support of customer regulatory approvals. Lead discussions with Customers and Regulators supporting OMP regulatory approval.
- Provide constructive technical input on OMP products; respective of quality and growth of product offerings
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering
- 9+ years of engineering experience
- Experience applying Program Management Best Practices in an agile environment
- Experience as a proactive team-building leader with demonstrated people and networking skills
- Experience in a role that required a working-together attitude and excellent communication skills to balance multiple stakeholders’ requirements, de-conflict contentious issues, and develop opportunities and synergy
- Experience in a role that required decision making and problem solving skills as well as the ability to identify issues, problems and opportunities
- Experience in a role that required strong presentation skills and ability to create, deliver, and share perceptive
- Experience working under pressure, dealing effectively with ambiguity and complexity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tool suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Strong international acumen and experience working with diverse people and teams, and an understanding of diverse perspectives from around the world.
- Knowledge in Boeing aircraft maintenance engineering; especially maintenance program development and fleet support
- Commercial airline or military aircraft maintenance program experience
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance regulatory requirements. Experience in working directly with Customer and regulators on maintenance program approval
- Knowledge of MSG-3 and SASMO tools
- Experience with Proposal Management / Contracts
- Experience on Sales engagements

Summary Pay Range: $150,450- $203,550
