WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
> Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using PySpark for large-scale data processing
> Working knowledge of SQL, including basic queries for data retrieval and manipulation
> Ability to cope with large and complex data systems and processes
> Good understanding of aircraft maintenance and operational data
> Experience in Skywise or Databricks is desirable
> Working experience in data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot is desirable
> Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or other Microsoft Power Platform tools is desirable
> Experience in aircraft systems, airline engineering, and reliability systems is desirable
> Prior experience in AMOS will be an advantage
> Ability to prioritise and manage a dynamic workload, especially during high‑activity periods, while maintaining a focus on quality and outcomes
> Computer literate – intermediate to advanced level knowledge and experience in using MS Office suite
> Ability to identify deficiencies, rectify problems, and freely communicate actions with all stakeholders
> Adaptability and solution-oriented approach
> Ownership and delivery – provides a high level of motivation and support to the team to ensure consistent delivery
> Building relationships – communicates effectively, proactively shares information, establishes trust quickly, and works effectively within their function

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
