As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to meet the highest standards. Your expertise in quality engineering will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager and youll work out of our [City, State] location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and specifications. You will conduct quality audits, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Your technical guidance and support will empower your team members to excel in their roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •   Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
    •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and specifications
    •   Conduct quality audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
    •   Provide technical guidance and support to team members

YOU MUST HAVE

    •   Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
    •   Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
    •   Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures

WE VALUE

    •   Advanced Engineering degree in a relevant field
    •   Experience with statistical analysis and quality tools
    •   Six Sigma certification
    •   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
