ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Propulsion Test Engineer to join the team in Huntsville, AL. This role is a combination of operations, documentation, hands-on work, and system troubleshooting/data analysis, test preparation and execution with 8+ years’ experience.
Responsible for the operations, work instructions, procedures, design, efficiency, product flow, workstation readiness, and engine quality verifications of the BE-4 and BE-3u engines.
Perform Casual analysis and corrective actions to eliminate repeat technical issues.
Perform Root Cause Analysis with regular use of causal analysis tools, such as 5-Why, Fishbone and Fault tree.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS
B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or other relevant field.
Candidate must have strong project management skills and must have led a large-scale project from start to completion.
Candidate can expect to frequently exceed an eight-hour workday.
