Description:As part of Program Protection team, the individual is responsible for the design, implementation and management of an architectural construct that extends beyond individual programs; to provide a holistic approach across the portfolio of activities to ensure the respective Critical Program Information (CPI) is protected in accordance with Customer/Government requirements. The P2 individual will work with the Program Managers, Program Security, the Engineering Staff and Customer/Government Representatives, to conduct a systematic breakdown of the programs and provide technical and operation knowledge to identify risk from insider threat, adversary collection, supply chain compromise, accidental disclosure, procedural gaps, technical flaws, insufficient OPSEC awareness, and inadequate segmentation. The P2 individual will develop, implement, and manage a Program Protection and Risk Management approach that will be used in support of IRADs/CRADs, Studies, RFI/RFP Response, Design, Development, Manufacturing, Integration and Testing, Fielding of Systems, Operations, and Decommission of such Systems. The P2 individual will use Risk Assessment and Risk Management as a structured process that evaluates the risks of critical information loss or compromise, based on an analysis of threats to, and vulnerabilities of the program(s) and considers the availability, efficiency, and cost of countermeasures, as an underlying basis for making appropriate P2 decisions. The P2 individual will maintain an effective P2 education plan for the portfolio and works closely with the customer(s) to ensure the most up-to-date information and products are incorporated into the overall Program Protection process to ensure proper protection of Critical Program Information.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated broad systems engineering technical ability, to see how technical relationships of sub-elements could cause CPI compromise,
Understanding of multiple aspects of program execution including business operations, charge number structures, financial reporting, contracts / subcontracts, configuration management, SAP and procurement systems,
Demonstrate sound Risk Assessment and Risk Management measures
Demonstrated teamwork, communications and inter-personal skills.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in leading/supporting full lifecycle P2/OPSEC/Security team approach for classified programs across multiple classification and customer government agencies.
Ability to identify risk and create a program protection constructs to prevent inadvertent program disclosures.
Experience authoring, implementing and maintaining Program Protection Implementation Plans
Ability to resolve dynamic needs of programs as P2 / Security issues arise
Experience providing cross-program insight into potential Critical Program Indicators (CPIs) compromises across the multiple programs.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
