What are your contributions to the team?
- Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy aiming to build and maintain a strong and sustainable engineering organization for all Bombardier sites
- Gather and analyze data, including benchspan and draw conclusion and generate strategic recommendations to support the organizations objectives
- Develop the engineering content for the C-suite executives and Board of Directors, while ensuring the readiness of the Engineering leaders to attend those reviews
- Plan and manage the execution of strategic projects
- Lead and Influence (leadership) stakeholders, aligning them towards a common objective.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a University degree preferably in a Business or an analytical field such as Engineering, an MBA or other professional designation (an asset)
- You have a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in a strategic environment within a manufacturing industry, knowledge of the aerospace industry (an asset)
- You have experience managing strategic projects, while having the ability to synthesise complex information and communicate to senior leadership;
- You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details;
- You can exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters;
- You are familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment, and advanced in PowerPoint for executive presentation.
