BGS is seeking a Mid-Level MQ-25 Support Integration Specialist to support multiple activities across the MQ-25 Program in Hazelwood, Missouri.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports the MQ-25 Program through cross-functional integration within the BGS and BDS organizations and externally with the U.S. Navy customer
- Applies knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) to direct program activities
- Supports integration efforts associated with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, and Technical Publications
- Responsible for influencing the design of the MQ-25 logistics support system for operation, maintenance, and training by fleet personnel in shipboard and land-based environments.
- Supports customer and program meetings, major milestone events, and design integration of logistics elements
- Participates in the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and other contractual documents in support of program efforts. Participates in proposal development to integrate support element requirements
- Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
- Ensure customer commitments are understood, documented, communicated, and delivered on-time with first-time quality
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher
- 3+ years’ experience in a Support Engineering or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) on a defense platform (e.g. has experience with one or more of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, or Supply Chain)
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, program management, etc.) and across multiple business units (BDS, BGS, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ experience in a Support Engineering or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) on a defense platform
- Experience with lifecycle support activities, including system analysis, provisioning, and technical data management
- Experience with engineering change proposals and their implications for product support
- Experience on MQ-25 or another USN or USAF development program

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $87,550 - $118,450
