JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineering Aide

PAY RATE: Up to $36/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Support Manufacturing Engineers (ME) by compiling and managing technical data, including engineering designs and design changes.

Create and maintain engineering documentation, reports, drawings, and machine operation procedures.

Act as a liaison between MEs and production teams, assisting with technical guidance and issue resolution.

Review and address EODIs and floor support requests, collaborating with assembly teams to resolve issues.

Update assembly work instructions based on drawings/models and review with MEs before release.

Assist MEs with Qnotes and EODIs, inputting data for planning, routing, and work instruction generation.

Participate in PMT activities, implementing lean principles and process improvements.

Maintain and control shop aids, including programming and maintaining assembly-related machines.

Support the Wire Cut area with machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Requirements:

Must have relevant work experience.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret and manage engineering data and documentation.

Excellent communication skills for liaising between Manufacturing Engineers and production teams.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
