Role
The Shearwater ESS Test Solution program covers the design, development and certification of an ESS test solution for Shearwater

Required Skills
• NI LabVIEW/Teststand application knowledge
• Definition of test hardware
• Windows/Microsoft Office experience
• Life Cycle Management to certification
• Leonardo configuration management tool - Teamcenter

Activities
The duration of the contract covers these main activities:
Reviews
• Prepare and hold joint PDR design review and close out actions for the Shearwater ESS TPS.
• Prepare and hold joint CDR design review and close out actions for the Shearwater ESS TPS.
• Prepare and hold TRR design review and close out actions for the Shearwater ESS TPS.
• Prepare and hold PRR design review and close out actions for the Shearwater ESS TPS.
• Documentation and configuration
• Prepare and issue documentation necessary for project success - SDP / TRD / TERs /TRD IDATS / PIC / TSIN / CPs / ABR / ATP / ATR / logbook / VDD / user manual
• Update and create TCU software and hardware parts so the TPS is formally configured Hardware
• Design the fixture and configure the drawings to allow release & approval Software
• Prepare and issue Test limits file / config file / SRN
• Develop LabVIEW coding for Shearwater ESS TPS test software.
• Debug and commission Shearwater ESS TPS test software Testing
• Conduct integration testing of Shearwater ESS TPS software and Hardware
• Conduct dry run testing of Shearwater ESS TPS software
