Position overview:
Boeing Poland Software Engineering develops and produces avionics and electronics systems designed for use on aircraft and other platforms for purposes such as navigation, flight controls, information systems, and other core avionics functions. We have set our sights high – to design, develop, and manufacture the most technically advanced and reliable avionic components in the world. We are innovating and developing new products to address the future of the urban air mobility as well as our next generation of commercial, tactical, and trainer aircraft spanets.
As an Intern Software Engineer, you will join the Boeing Poland Software Engineering team consisting of highly skilled, high performing engineering team members supporting multiple projects across Software Engineering organization.
We’re planning to hire interns for the following paths:
Position Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in C or C++
- Experience in containerization
- Familiarity with software development cycle such as version control, testing methodologies, agile development and CI/CD.
- Experience in Java or Python
- Experience in containerization
- Experience in database development (PostgreSQL)
- Experience in developing web services (REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with software development cycle such as version control, testing methodologies, agile development and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Model Based Design, preferably in MATLAB and Simulink suite
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python
- Elementary knowledge of building models, simulating systems, analyzing simulation results, and code generation in MBD approach.
- Familiarity with software development cycle such as version control, testing methodologies, agile development and CI/CD.
