**This position will support Petrochemical/Refineries clients in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical expertise and facilitate field service operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
- Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Due to the nature of this discipline, maybe required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidays,u202Fon occasion
- Company vehicle will be provided to travel to company sites
- Travel: 75+ US
The salary range for this position is $69,000.00 - $86,500.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ months of professional experience in a related field (field service, technical operations, industrial maintenance, process automation, heavy manufacturing, prior military experience, development and/or reliability engineering, etc.)
- Must Successfully Complete 18-month Honeywell Training & Certification Program. Note: Training/Testing is via online
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
- Strong written and verbal communication skills must be able to clearly articulate messages both technical and non-technical
- Self-motivation and willingness to work in demanding environments with little or no supervision and take initiative to be proactive

- Experience with distributed control systems or PLC
- Software configuration, migration experience, project engineering experience, virtualization, Cyber process control, electrical, or other application experience
