THE WORK
The Engineering Aide will be part of the Labs and Test Sites Engineering organization supporting various Moorestown, NJ operations for the engineering and project staff. The aide will perform administrative, data entry, and technical tasks as directed by functional management and supervisory project execution of technical assignments, final product preparation, and the administrative tasks required for delivery.

WHO WE ARE
This role will perform database entry as well as assist with configuration management of multiple databases. The engineering aide will also support meetings as well as collect various metric and status for compilation into status charts. The engineering aide will also support managing I&T cost accounts using Earned Value Management to status program cost/technical/schedule.

Basic Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of STEM principles.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Ability to take directions and drive project efforts to closure
- Ability to organize, communicate, and complete simple and complex mission requirements
- Experience with a CAD program
- Desire to continually learn, ambition to proactively address challenges, and aspiration to work in a diverse team environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
