Engineer- Propulsion Test III
Huntsville, AL
Contract Position
Responsibilities:
- Operations, documentation, hands-on work, and system troubleshooting/data analysis, test preparation and execution
- Responsible for the operations, work instructions, procedures, design, efficiency, product flow, workstation readiness, and engine quality verifications of the BE-4 and BE-3u engines
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or other relevant field
- 8 + Years of experience
- Cryogenics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, System Level Testing and Component Level Testing experience required
Must have strong project management skills and must have led a large-scale project from start to completion.
Skilled in causal analysis and corrective actions to eliminate repeat technical issues.
Experience in Root Cause defining and the use of causal analysis tools, such as 5-Why, Fishbone and Fault tree.
Frequently exceed an eight-hour workday.
