ERP Implementation Engineer

ERP Implementation Manager – Farnborough – 6 month contract
About You:
As an experienced ERP Implementation Manager with experience of Finance, you will be looking for a long term contract with a well known brand. As an experienced Implementation Manager, your skills and experience will include;
- Previous experience with financial systems implementation
- Experience of leveraging technology to improve finance processes
- Previous experience as an Implementation Manager
- The ability to manage multiple work streams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working within Agile environments
- Knowledge of M365 or Dassault
About Your Role:
As the ERP Implementation Manager, your role will include;
- Understanding the project scope, schedule, deliverables; and working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Reporting, analysing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders’ questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly
- Leverage finance process and technology best practices; partnering with finance organisations as well as various corporate functions (HR, Procurement, Legal) to support and improve existing business processes
- Works to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs through dialogue with business partners and key stakeholders
- Supports applications and solutions delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate requirements and validate proposed solutions
