Raytheon is seeking a Customer Engagement & Experience Principal Specialist, to join our Customer Engagement & Experience Team. The Principal Specialist will be responsible for coordination of customer engagements and events. The engagement planning will span across multiple Raytheon Strategic Business Units (SBUs), RTX businesses and functions as well as International and Federal Government Relations. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and sound judgment, with the ability to influence team behaviors to achieve results.

What You Will Do:
- Preplanning coordination, agenda development and on-site logistical support for key customer engagements
- Support senior level customer engagement activities including customer visits, as well as site tours for customers and internal RTX level visits
- Maintenance of customer account profiles and engagement outcomes will be maintained in the Customer Relationship Manager system – ERPM (Microsoft Dynamics software)
- This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but will be expected to attend meetings at the site location in Tucson, AZ as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant industry experience or an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years’ experience with one or more of the follow disciplines: Business Development, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Program Management
- Experience analyzing metrics to drive business/program improvement
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Excellent communication and project management skills (written and verbal), as well as strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop effective internal and external relationships through personal influence and maintain trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and fluctuating deadlines
- Proactive, responsive, consistent and self-starting team player who drives continuous improvement
- High computer literacy and with confidence and skill working with: Microsoft Suite, MS Sharepoint (Rshare), Microsoft Dynamics (ERPM)

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
