Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

• Performs daily change management tasks (administration of non-design changes, design practices, deviations)

• Works with cross-functional teams

• Oversees timely implementation of changes/deviations

• Controls and drives updates of ERP data

• Analyzes existing processes to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications 

• High school graduate, preferably with technical background

• Fluent in English and Czech languages

• Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with senior stakeholders

• Previous experience with change control is preferable 

• Structured approach

• Problem solving abilities

• Lean manufacturing focus
