Job Title: Business Method Engineer

Job Overview: The Business Method Engineer will deploy, maintain, and support reliable, efficient, and integrated production solutions to Operations, driving industrial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and develop Core ARP solutions in alignment with the Broughton Industrial System.
• Serve as the interface between the ARP Core Team and other departments such as Work Prep, Config, Lineside, PPE, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Quality.
• Document best practices for Wing Assembly in ARP.
• Evaluate and challenge ARP team solutions, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.
• Align methods, processes, and documents with the central organization.
• Implement new methods within the business.
• Provide first-line investigation and solutions for SAP system issues.
• Sustain, harmonize, develop, distribute, and train on Processes, Methods, Tools, Competences, and Data Management.
• Coach, communicate, and facilitate with operational teams.
• Lead the manufacturing part of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects, including the development of new PLM solutions for end-to-end digital continuity from engineering to the shop floor.

Experience Required:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace background is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
• Essential SAP experience and understanding.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of broader business processes and functions.
