* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of AutoCAD drafting experience, focused on aircraft avionics.
* Hands-on experience with Cessna Citation and Beechcraft King Air airframes.
* Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D with strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
* Knowledge of FAA regulations, DER processes, and aerospace industry standards.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required. Professional Attributes

* Develop, update, and modify 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for aircraft components, assemblies, and avionics systems.
* Interpret and alter engineering schematics and technical data to prepare for DER approval.
* Collaborate with engineers, DERs, and technicians to resolve design issues and implement modifications.
* Maintain drawing databases and revision control to ensure compliance with company and FAA standards.
* Support production, installation, and testing of avionics systems through accurate technical documentation.
* Assist with prototype layouts, mock-ups, and as-built drawings as needed.
* Ensure all documentation meets Stevens Aerospace & Defense quality and safety standards. Physical Requirements
* Primarily office-based, requiring extended periods at a workstation or computer.
