Job Description
The Boeing Company is currently looking for an Associate Systems Engineer – Production Systems position seeking to develop documentations and training materials for Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) methodology using system modeling tools. This position reports directly to the SEIT Capability MBSE Manager.
As a member of this MBSE Training team, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing the training materials like user guides, tip sheets, interactive training videos for MBSE methodology and other related documents.
Position Responsibilities:
- Learning and applying the learning to come up with the technical documents and training materials for Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
- On time delivery of the documentation with top-flight quality
- Provide updates to the manager and team lead of the ongoing work
- Creating, updating, reviewing and incorporating the review comments before the final delivery of the documents/ training material.
- Interaction with the US counterparts

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
- This position requires fair understanding of MBSE/SysML/UML methodologies.
- Excellent soft skills to convert the understanding into documentation
- Strong written, verbal communication with engineers, management, and non-engineering support staff.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
- Agility and adaptability are required.
Desired Skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft-tools
- Knowledge of Camtasia and Xyleme
- Experience and familiarity with and of the System engineering tool like Cameo Enterprise Architecture/Rhapsody or Teamcenter is an added advantage for this role
- INCOSE certification on Systems Engineering is an added advantage.
Typical Education & Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master &43; 4 years related work experience.)

This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
