Cutter Aviation is searching for an energetic and eager Aviation Engineering Intern. This function will serve as a primary face of Cutter Aviation and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working alongside engineers to design, build, and test solutions to a variety of technical problems.
  • Inspecting and modifying existing designs and prototypes.
  • Conducting research, collecting data, and writing daily reports.
  • Using CAD software to develop designs and implementing feedback from Engineers.
  • Running tests, diagnostics, and calibrations.
  • Inspecting inventory and reordering materials and technical components.
  • Analyzing operations and offering suggestions for improvement.
  • Maintaining records and assisting with presentations.
  • Attending conferences and participating in other learning and growth opportunities.


EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

  • Proven ability to interact in a team environment and work effectively with peers to accomplish objectives.
  • Must be a self starter able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize objectives, maintain focus and demonstrate a results-oriented work ethic.
  • Professional in appearance and mannerisms
  • Able to develop a friendly rapport


Job Requirements:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be currently enrolled in College Courses

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to pass a drug screening test
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record.
