Aerotek on behalf of our client is seeking Avionics technician for a long-term opportunity involving installation, troubleshooting and repair of avionics systems for General Aircraft. $1000 signing bonus paid out at 90 days (or in some cases can be upfront as relocation assistance).
Job Description- The role involves the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems in General Aviation aircraft. Key responsibilities include the installation of full system avionics, primarily Garmin, as well as King, S-TEC autopilot systems, PSI Engineering intercom systems, Dynon, and Advanced Systems.
- You will also build harnesses for all avionics systems and remove outdated systems, integrating new aviation systems into aircraft. Additionally, you will perform VFR and IFR tests.
- Day shift M-F, aircraft hangar and shop areas
