Step into one of the most exciting avionics opportunities in the industry. We’re building an elite team of Avionics Modification Technicians to perform critical installations, integrations, and system testing on military-configured ISR platforms.
This is your chance to work hands-on with advanced avionics systems that keep national defense missions flying.
Your Responsibilities:
- Install and modify wiring harnesses, connectors, LRUs, antennas, and cockpit avionics
- Perform continuity checks, troubleshooting, and operational testing of mission systems
- Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and modification packages
- Work in compliance with FAA, military, and OEM specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and fellow technicians in a classified environment
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of avionics modification or installation experience (military or special mission aircraft preferred)
- Proficiency in crimping, soldering, wire routing, and avionics integration
- Familiarity with FAA Part 145 repair station or military aviation standards
- High school diploma or GED
- Must bring personal tools/box (shadowed + engraved preferred)
- U.S. citizenship + valid driver’s license
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (active clearance a plus)
