Job Description:

Training and Development Specialist - Sustainment Planner

Onsite in Hohenfels, Germany

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

The contractor shall provide sustainment analysis, develop sustainment plans, and facilitation plan implementation for JMRC exercises.
The contractor is responsible for gathering the data and information necessary to analyze exercise sustainment requirements of U.S. and MN military units participating in a JMRC supported training event.
From that analysis, the contractor develops a sustainment concept and plan.
The contractor coordinates within JMRC OPS GRP staff sections and other supporting agencies as well as with participating units for each exercise.
The contractor then facilitates implementation of the sustainment plan and adapts as necessary to accommodate changing sustainment needs.
This work involves all classes of supply, particularly classes I (rations), III (fuel) and V (ammunition), as well as field services and transportation required by all U.S., NATO and partner forces participating in each exercise.
The contractor routinely works with higher level military commands and staffs throughout this process.

Experience:

Experience in providing sustainment analysis, develop sustainment plans, and facilitation plan implementation for JMRC exercises
Experience in gathering data and information necessary to analyze exercise sustainment requirements of U.S. and MN military units participating in a JMRC supported training event.
Experience in classes of supply, particularly classes I (rations), III (fuel) and V (ammunition), as well as field services and transportation required by all U.S., NATO and partner forces participating in each exercise.

Degree(s)/Years of Experience: (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

Certification(s): None

Clearance:

Requires a U.S. Secret clearance with potential to obtain a TS/SCI clearance if and as required
