Help us lead the future of commercial aircraft modifications in the Boeing EASA Modifications team. We are looking for a multi-skilled Training Coordinator to assist the EASA modifications team to administer and manage training across our global sites. The position will be based either in Dublin (Ireland) or Frimley (UK) with hybrid working, typically 2-3 days per week in the office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration and organisation of internal and external training media and courses.
- Create and manage a staff training register.
- Organise and support training events.
- Establish and administer new starter training.
- Attend training related meetings and take minutes.
- Identify new internal and external training opportunities.
- Maintain and organise a training event calendar.
- Work with other departments within Boeing to coordinate training across teams.
- Be the EASA team point of contact for training related meetings and activities.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills
- Good communication skills internally and externally and at all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- A high level of attention to detail and professional integrity
- Ability to prioritise workloads and show flexibility to changing situations / demands
- Experience within a training environment
- Experience within the aviation industry would be an advantage
- Educated at Bachelor level or higher, preferably in an engineering discipline
