Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst (Level 2) to support the Value Stream Integration Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Successful candidates will be self-starters who take the initiative and are skilled problem solvers with the ability to coordinate tours and create agendas for suppliers visiting the site.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collects and assembles data from multiple sources
• Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues
• Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events
• Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials
• Gathers customer requirements for projects
• Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan
• Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives
• Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements
• Provides status reports
• Maintains and tracks training requirements

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3&43; years worked in a customer facing environment and been directly involved in gathering requirements and presenting solutions
• 3&43; year of experience in data analytics and metric building
• 3&43; Years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
• 1&43; year of experience using reporting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems
• Experience in organizing, prioritizing and paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
• 3&43; years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
• 3&43; years’ experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
• 3&43; years’ experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams
• 5&43; years of experience in the use of tools such as Microsoft Excel / Access to support data entry, data organization, and generate reports from data to support business analysis
• Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master&43;1 years related work experience , 7 years related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $62,000– 67,000
