Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Staff Analyst to join their Airplane Level Integration (ALIT) Engineering Operations Team in Everett, WA.
This is a unique opportunity reporting directly to the senior manager of the organization. You will be a part of a team that supports all twin-aisle BCA programs, including the 767, 767-2C, 777, 777-9 and 787 aircraft. The successful candidate will provide internal organizational support and offer analytical and other assistance for high-level strategic initiatives that impact the quality of Boeing’s twin-aisle engineering.
We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication and analytical skills who enjoys working proactively. Your strong acumen in collecting and analyzing data and developing project plans will be instrumental to managing our business and strengthening our processes.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including, Associate and Mid-Level Staff Analysts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
Delivers informational or technical materials
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
Develops and deploys localized training content
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience with analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Experience with project management and self-managing projects
Experience with and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Motivated self-starter and proactive problem solver
Ability to collaborate with diverse team members
Comfortable in a leadership role with a desire to grow leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Typical Education / Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master&43;1 years related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).
Mid-Level (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master&43;4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Level 2): $66,300 - $89,700
Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $79,050 - $106,950
