We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies, including marketing analytics and digital marketing transformation.

This position will play a leading role in driving digital demand-generation marketing campaigns for healthcare vertical We are looking for a self-driven, passionate and creative talent who has a strong track record in digital marketing and is able to deal with fast turnarounds.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•         Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

•         Align digital offerings to customer decision journeys and personas.

•         Understand our landscape and customer insights to advise customer marketing, offering management, and leadership regarding strategic marketing plan development.

•         Manage projects, timelines and resources to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

•         Effective communication across teams and with leadership to drive results, influence change and enable support.

•         Drive lead generation activities through SEO, SEM, social media, content optimization and lead nurturing.

•         Define and interpret measurement, tracking and reporting to improve results for all tactics.

•         Support our transformation to a digital-first marketing approach with an emphasis on web, marketing automation, digital content marketing and demand generation.

•         Serve as line of business teams subject matter expert for digital engagement and campaigns.

•         Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies, willing to experiment with new approaches to stay ahead of competitors.

MUST HAVE

  • •         Minimum of 3-5 years experience in defining and deploying digital marketing programs.
  • •         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •         Strong English skills (written and verbal).

•         A bachelors degree (or above) in Communications, Marketing or Business Management.

•         Knowledge of marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.

•         Excellent project management skills.
