- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Research, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 5 years of airline industry experience, with 5 years in crew planning.
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical forecasting, and proficiency in data management tools and crew management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of international operations, in particular cargo operations
Skills:
- Strong analytical Skills, high level of proficiency in data analysis and modeling, including statistical forecasting techniques. Strong use of data management tools is critical
- An in-depth understanding of airline operations, crew scheduling, and training processes is essential for making informed decisions. Familiarity with Crew Optimization tools and techniques are useful
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to crew resource management ensures compliance with industry standards.
Salary Range: $91,000 - $122,500
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset."
