The Role

The Proposition team is responsible for developing future facing consumer propositions which drive customer satisfaction and unlock growth. The Proposition Specialist will help support our ambitious growth agenda.

You will be joining a strong Proposition team, built on commercial, strategic and analytical capability. This team reaches across the business, building and collaborating with commercial, IT/ digital and operation functions amongst others. You will also build and work closely with world leading external partners

What you’ll be doing:

Proposition is critical to how we move the airline forward. It’s more than just retaining our competitive advantage, it’s the way we will disrupt and lead the industry. Our ambition is to grow our existing revenue streams as well as identify and build disruptive new products and propositions that build substantial new revenue streams for the business.

You will manage one of easyJet’s core propositions defining and delivering an ambitious growth agenda with responsibility for managing all aspects of the product strategy: Developing the product roadmap; defining the target audience; building out pricing, CRM and marketing strategies.

 

You will develop an end-to-end understanding of profitability to ensure that the business focusses of maximising total customer value

What you will need to do this role:

Essential to this role will be your analytical skillset and understanding of data and how this can be harnessed to drive business decision making

You will be commercially astute with the ability to understand insights, competitor, and market trends along with the ability to lead and influence a matrix of stakeholders to deliver objectives with the ability to interrogate and optimise economics

You will be a dynamic & innovative individual who is customer obsessed, a proactive communicator with a  sharp attention to detail

Additionally you will be able to coordinate complex cross-functional teams to deliver results at pace and will be able to progress multiple initiatives at the same time whilst prioritising effectively

Airline experience and understanding of the European Short Haul market is an advantage but not a necessity

We support hybrid working and we spend 3 days per week in the office at our Luton HQ
